Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and your new limits take effect instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my monitor limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing monitors keep running — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove some.
Is my history deleted if I downgrade?
No. Existing health check records are retained. The daily cleanup task only prunes records older than your new plan limit going forward.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?
The Free plan is available forever with no credit card required. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time.
How do push notifications work?
Push alerts are delivered via the iOS WebhookBeam app using Apple Push Notification Service (APNs). Enable them per monitor on Starter and Pro plans.
What is included in the yearly discount?
